Народ, кто понимает шенгенские правила?

Если у тебя мульти-шенген (у меня пока нет), финский, на год, первое пребывание указано 9 дней, могу ли я отбыть в Финке 7 дней, а потом выехать в Швецию на 2 дня и уже оттуда в Россию? Или при первом выезде нельзя?

If the applicant intends to visit several Schengen countries and stay everywhere more or less the same time, having no main destination, than the application for visa shall be submitted at the Embassy or Consulate of the Schengen country of first port of entry.
