Я понял, что я некоторых вещей про жизнь на территориях не понимаю совсем.

Вот, представим себе, что живет, скажем, в Иерихоне араб. Врач в больнице или учитель там. Рождения 1970-х гг., т.е. после официального отказа Иордании от Западного Берега. И получает он из, скажем, Стокгольма приглашение на конференицию (медицинскую или педагогическую). Каковы его права и возможности? Если ли у него международный "проездной документ" (паспорт)? Какой страны? Я понимаю, что у него МОЖЕТ БЫТЬ любой, я спрашиваю, какой у него есть по умолчанию, в рамках некоей регулярной процедуры?

Через какой международный аэропорт он может (если может) вылететь? Требуется ли ему разрешение израильских властей на пересечение иорданской границы? Реально ли получить разрешение на транзит через территорю собственно Израиля?

Обычно через Амман. Да, требуется, хотя лицам, не внесенным в черные списки израильских спецслужб, эти разрешения выдаются автоматически. Но мост Алленби, где пропускной пункт, часто бывает закрыт, причем надолго.

A Palestinian ID number might be active or inactive. If active, the Government of Israel may stamp the Palestinian Identification Number in the U.S. passport, and the American citizen may be required to obtain Palestinian Authority travel documents prior to departing Israel. In addition, American citizens having or eligible for a Palestinian Authority ID who entered Israel via Ben Gurion Airport might be required to depart via the Allenby Bridge to Jordan. Upon arrival, such persons may wish to consider asking Israeli immigration authorities from where they will be required to depart. Additionally, American citizens who have (or who are eligible to receive) a Palestinian Authority Identification Number are likely to be refused entry to Israel via Ben Gurion Airport and told that they must enter Israel from Jordan via the Allenby (also known as King Hussein) Bridge. "

Американский или еще какой паспорт, который у тебя с рождения, и никакого иного не было, можешь себе в задницу засунуть, мы, родной, лучше знаем, кто ты таков и как с тобой обращаться.
