1. А что значит "жертвуют"? Приносят в жертву чьи интересы? Кому они должны служить, кроме акционеров?

2. Вам известно о наличии акций, никогда не выплачивавших дивиденды? Так называемых "акций роста" (growth stock)? Как в таких компаниях конфликтуют "сиюминутная прибыль" и "долгострочное развитие бизнеса"?
